Who is this for

For bodies under stress, strain, and load.

An intelligent, targeted approach for people who recognize themselves in the patterns below.

Chronic tension & overload

You sit a lot, carry work stress, and feel persistent tightness that never quite lets go.

Train hard, still feel "off"

You move regularly but deal with recurring overload, poor recovery, or a body that won't reset.

Stiffness & restriction

Pain, limited range, or movement that just doesn't feel free the way it used to.

Want a smarter approach

You value thoughtful, body-based support that goes beyond generic fitness or relaxation alone.

Particularly suited to high-functioning professionals, serious recreational movers, and others living under sustained physical or mental load, especially when the cumulative effects of work, modern life, or training show up as persistent tension, limited recovery, or physical restriction.

The method

RAMS Framework

Quadra stems from a simple idea: when the body feels restricted, overloaded, or under-supported, the answer is rarely just one thing.

Four connected pillars give a fuller picture of how the body regulates, adapts, moves, and supports itself under demand — and each session leans toward whichever one the body needs most: regulation, adaptation, mechanics, or structure.

R — Regulation

Settle and restore

This pillar focuses on helping the body settle, down-regulate the nervous system, release tension, reduce guarding, and shift into a better state for recovery through touch, breath, and recovery-oriented input.

Supports

Breathing quality Recovery state Release of excess tension Reduced physical bracing
A — Adaptation

Respond to change

This pillar focuses on how the body adapts to stress, strain, physiology and tissue change, and repeated demand — and how better support and adjusting activities can improve recovery, capacity, and resilience over time.

Supports

Tolerance to physical load Modifying activity Recovery from effort Support under stress
M — Mechanics

Move with access and control

This pillar focuses on improving how the body moves through better access, coordination, and cleaner movement patterns, reintroducing controlled movement and joint freedom.

Supports

Movement quality Mobility Coordination and balance Cleaner movement patterns
S — Structure

Build support and stability

This pillar focuses on strengthening the body's physical support through tissue quality, stability, and load-bearing capacity, so the body can handle everyday tasks with less strain.

Supports

Tissue support Stability and strength Physical integrity Stronger foundation
About me

My journey to helping bodies function better.

I'm Ram — a massage and bodywork practitioner based in Berlin. My path didn't start in a treatment room. I come from an economics and finance background, and over time felt firsthand how desk-based work, long hours of sitting, and trying to balance that with sport can create physical and mental strain. That experience drew me toward something more direct and human: understanding how the body carries stress, load, and recovery, and how to help people feel better in it.

Since then, I've spent over three years working professionally in hands-on bodywork within a physiotherapy setting, supporting people dealing with tension, physical limitations, post-operative recovery, and long-term stress patterns. That work gave me valuable insight into how recovery, mobility, and resilience can be supported through consistent, individualised bodywork.

To build depth, I trained across several traditions: Therapeutic Thai Massage in Chiang Mai, Lomi Lomi bodywork, and a clinical manual therapy program covering deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and postural assessment and correction. The RAMS Framework grew out of bringing these threads together into one coherent method.
